As you probably know by now, the reviews on him are top notch. I decided to give him a try.
Mr Berkowitz is truly a great attorney. He was honest in regards to the outcome of my case upfront but ensured that the most favorable outcome was made possible through his efforts.
Brian was great. He handled my ticket professionally, securing an excellent disposition - all with minimal requirements of my time. While I hope I am not going to be a repeat customer, if I need representation he will be my first call.

I needed an attorney to represent me in Spring Valley for an Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree (misdemeanor) summons, and Drove Wrong Way on a One-Way Street (3 point) ticket. This was a 6 year old case, my license was suspended and I had a warrant hanging over my head for not responding.

Brian was very professional and informative throughout the entire case. I was in a situation that could have easily led to the suspension of my license and 6 points. He was able to reduce it to a fire hydrant 15 ft parking violation. I'm walking away with a fine and no points thanks to him. Hire the man.
I was impressed with the way he treated me from start to finish. He made me feel like I was his most important client. I could probably sing his praises for an entire chapter. Simply put, the man is not satisfied with anything less then having his client feel comfortable and confident at every stage of the case; beginning with the initial consultation to the minute you exit the courtroom with the most favorable judgement you could have reasonably hoped for.
